To solicit proposals for a solar system, a PM can issue a competitive RFP publicly and to multiple certified installers, or request quotes directly from a few trusted installers. For either of these methods, the PM can use MassCEC's project and cost data to find installers who have completed nearby commercial projects.
Upon completion of construction, the Contractor shall submit final design documents, including, at a minimum, drawings that are updated to reflect all changes, with details of PV system structural support, any roof penetrations, electrical single-line diagrams, and complete product literature for review by the Government.
